Art Out of the Box: Art Zoo
Wednesday, June 18, 10:30 a.m. at Rogers Library
Registration begins May 22; limit 20. For kids entering grades 2-5. Explore the animal kingdom through the eyes of an artist. Begin your own animal journals with sketches of two Chinese T'ang Dynasty clay camels from the Minneapolis Institute of Arts. Learn basic techniques for drawing quadrupeds, or four-legged animals, while walking through the history of the Silk Road.
