The Dayton City Council meets on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month. Meetings begin at 7pm and are held at Dayton City Hall. The Dayton Planning Commission meets on the first Thursday, after the first Monday of each month beginning at 7pm at the city hall.

Hassan Township Board meets the 1st Monday of each month at the Hassan Town Hall.The Hassan Township Planning Commission meets the 3rd Thursday of each month at the hall as well.

The Otsego City Council meets the 2nd and 4th Mondays each month at 6:30pm at the Otsego City Hall. The Otsego Planning Commission meets the 1st and 3rd Mondays of each month at 7pm at the same location.

Rogers City Council meetings are held the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month at the Rogers Community Center beginning at 7pm. The Rogers Planning Commission meetings are the 3rd Tuesday of each month beginning at 7pm at the Rogers Community Center as well.
